The word benevolence has many definitions, and, “Manifesting true love within oneself” is the one I connect with. Benevolence is a fancy word used to describe the meaning of intending to be of good service, including oneself.
Benevolence toward oneself is the key to fulfilling our basic fundamental needs of wellness: spiritual, mental, emotional, physical, financial, intellectual, occupational, and social. When these needs are met, your brain shifts into a peaceful state, you feel replenished, loving and live a happier fulfilled lifestyle. Ready to walk in your purpose.
What Is A Life Coach?
The International Coach Federation (ICF) defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”
A life coach is NOT a therapist. A life coach is NOT an advisor. A life coach is NOT a consultant.
In some instances, a therapist may be a better fit to assist with your growth. If a therapist is needed I will be direct in encouraging you to look into help towards your personal development. A great life coach knows how to ask questions to help you see through your blind spots.
Why Do I Need A Life Coach?
Life coaching is about looking at where you are now and where you want to be in each area of your life. You need a life coach to help you explore and set goals in these areas as well as help you achieve them. A coach will help you actively create all parts of your life.
